First Impression - 8/10
Fireworks! I love the layout, it's nicely organized, and the layout is original. You have a nice intro which states which screen resolution should be viewed in. You should try for cross-resolution compatibility, but I know how hard that is. I have trouble with it myself. ^^ You could possibly add in your intro what versions your site is for, but you can easily find that out on the adoption pages.

Updates - 5/5
You seem to update everyday, in fact I know you do almost everyday. That's great! You leave your updates up for a while, which is a good thing, but I don't think you need to leave more than one or two up. 

Main Page - 4/5
Your main page could use a little more organization. Maybe you could make your sister sites side by side instead of in a list as it would save unnecessary scrolling. You could also put "Look at my bunny I got from Veno@Magonda!" in an "alt" tag in your image. So when you hover over the image it displays your message. Email me for more info.

Navigation - 5/5
Great, I love that linking system. It saves all the unwanted clicks for the lazy people everywhere. ^^ Nice and neat.

Content - 15/20
You have a reasonable amount of content and things to do, but it lacks a "pull" factor. There isn't really anything out of the norm that would attract people to *your* site. Maybe think something that is unique to you.

Adoptions - 20/20
You have a lot of litters, MPAs and singles for people to look at, good job, full points! Not much I can complain about. lol.

Overall Organization - 9/10
You seem very organized. It's a skill that makes your website look pretty and easy to navigate through. Your gifts page is nice and neat. The only thing I took off a point for was your adoption pages. I like it better when you can browse by version...and then have both catz and dogz on the petz 4 page, or put natural and hexed seperate and indicate what version they're for. Although, you should get around to your award and review pages as well. I know how time consuming that can be. 

Links - 4/5
I didn't see any broken links, but I didn't go through all of them. You should provide visitors with more choices for banners to link back, maybe something smaller, around 88x31.

Points for making your own layout, and having a site that improves the community.

Your site is a great addition to the petz community. You've managed to gather a lot of fame in the short amount of time that you've been opened! You should be proud of your site, and keeping building it up! Your on the way to years worth of fun and enjoyment running your site, and people sure won't complain. ^-^
