Ooo, the banner is so cool. I love electricity, so this really speaks to me.

...you haven't updated in over a month! Shame on you! Bad to review your site, huh? When you are just starting out your site, it's important to keep updating your site. It attracts people. ^^

Main Page - 4/5
I don't mean to be rude...but a couple things just struck my nerves. The first thing is your spelling errors. I don't know how old you are, but seeing *Welcome to my sight* instead of *Welcome to my site* just kind of irks me. Another thing, You should try putting all of your polls side by side, instead of having them line up underneath each other. 

Navigation - 5/5
I have no problems finding where I am going. It's simple and straight forward.

Content - 15/20
You have a reasonable amount to do. Contests, and download, but once again your site lacks something unique. Try and find something that you enjoy doing, and try and turn that into something that no one else has, and a lot of people would want to come to your site for. You have a nice start with your Pokemon breeds, just add more to your site.
 
Adoptions - 5/20
lol, you have all the pages but nothing on the pages. I do like your instant forms though.

Overall Organization - 9/10
Your site is organized farily well. There are some things that you could improve on, but it really doesn't matter. Is there anyway that you can make the links not open in a new window? Like the adoption pages?

You have a nice amount of links, but all of the images are broken. It's like a game of chance to find a site I haven't been to, lol.

Your site has a lot of potential, just make sure to dedicate yourself to it. Write your info in wordpad and spell check it, or ask someome to do that for you. I know that it bugs a lot of people. Continue to update on a regualar basis. If your site goes un-updated for a long time, especially when you don't have much traffic, people just tend to forget the site. Keep up the great work. No one is perfect, just see what works best for you.
