To add eye sparkles to your pet, the first thing that you want to do is open the picture. (File - Open)

Note:: You may notice that instead of having the folders that you are going through, at the top you can click on buttons for the folders. Like the button for "C:\">

After that you want to select your ()brush tool and set the size to Circle(03). You have to click the button next to "Brush". Place two dots in your dogz eyes, toward the end. If you have never done this before, it may help if you zoom in a but. Like this:


If you choose to, you can leave it at that, but if you want another one, just change your brush size to Circle(01) and place another dot diagonal from it. Just place the cursor in the spot you want it to be, and then hold down the left mouse button and make a small dot by going around in tiny circles.
