Another Gimp tutorial. This time I will show you how to make litter pictures. If you have ever read my Photoshop or PSP ones on making litter pics, you will find that it's basically the same everytime.
The first thing you want to do is open up a blank document, I usually use 300x300. After that you want to open up all of your pictures for your litter picture.
On one of your images, select the magic wand ( ) and click on the white space around the picture. You should see the little 'marchin ants'.

Tip: If you have a pet that has white space in between the legs, make sure to click in that space as well. To select more than one area, hold down the shift button.
Next you want to invert your selection. Selection - Invert (ctrl + I).
After that copy your image, edit - copy (ctrl + c), and paste it into your blank document. Edit - Paste Into. You can move your image around by left clicking and dragging.

Repeat the steps until you have all of your petz in your blank document. You'll probably then want to crop your image and make in transparent.
Cropping
Grab your cropping tool ( ),left click and drag a box around your petz. A window will pop up, so click on "auto shrink". After that just colored the background and make it transparent.
